I've put my own modern spin on classic dishes, like my lobster pasta featuring berlingot pasta stuffed with succulent lobster and cheese, cooked to perfection with brown butter for a rich and indulgent flavor.

For my take on steak tartare, I've crafted a unique twist using innovative ingredients and techniques to create a dish that is both visually stunning and incredibly delicious.

I've also experimented with flavors and textures in my salmon dish, featuring delicate yuzu foam, crispy spinach chips, and creamy carrot puree, creating a harmonious balance of tastes and textures on the plate. These dishes showcase my creative approach to combining traditional and contemporary elements to create unique and memorable dining experiences.
